Assemblage

Assemblage (“Assemblage”) is vintage psychedelic jazz-rock from EllektraJazz project near Moscow. The titles of the tracks are borrowed from philosophical works of French thinkers Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari. The main instruments are guitars, Hammond electric organ and keytar. EllektraJazz is a project of multi-instrumentalist, philosophy historian and musical publicist Yuri Vinogradov. Yuri is primarily a pianist and organist, but also plays guitar, bass and various electronic instruments. His main project - Yuri Vinogradov - is dedicated to contemporary free improvisational music in the spirit of abstract impressionism. He also writes texts about the philosophy of classical and academic music, and records multi-genre music as part of Pure Violet and EllektraCyclone projects.
