The third release of Antistandard Records is made of unusual sounds for an apparently electronic-music-only digital label: we have the HC band Backjumper from Bari releasing their fifth studio work with this EP.

Written, recorded and performed fully by the band in one take, in their rehearsals room, "Scorpion Democracy" is the manifesto of what this is all about, standing still. 100% in your face without tricks and gimmicks. ✮ Hailing from Bari, South Italy, Backjumper's still one of the most long-lived underground project. Born in 2003, they've toured relentlessly Italy and Europe opening shows for acts such as The Dillinger Escape Plan, Sick of it All, Municipal Waste, Unearth, Cancer Bats and even got the chance to play at legendary Wacken Open Air 2013 in Germany with Rammstein, Deep Purple, Motorhead and Lamb of God. After debut EP and 2006 "Trust No1", they've released three albums from 2009 to 2014 fueling their live-thrilling machine: 2018 marks the band's comeback with this fast and furious new EP. credits released October 26, 2018
